The proposed initiative aims to streamline and reduce administrative overhead in the Data and Digital Requirements (DDR) processes by incorporating AI and/or automation technologies. The processes and tool is used by the Project Management Office as a business intake for new IM/IT business application or solution to automate existing or new business processes, enhance exisiting applications by adding new functionality, upgrade in existing technology enviroment and engage SSC resourcing.
