何をするか
Includes multiple modules, of which the recognized technician monitoring module is primary. Collects qualitative information about service providers as well as the individual technicians who work for them, then assigns risk scores based on the collected data. Risk scores are then supplied to a model to ascertain the amount of monitoring appropriate for each organization and technician.
