Residency Checker for UK EHIC/GHIC/PRC/S2

The automated tool is used for all UK EHIC, UK GHIC, PRC and S2 applications to help ensure that only UK residents receive entitlement. If a customer fails the residency check they are asked to provide documentary evidence of residency to support their application. Full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number for applicants and family members. This is the full data captured by NHSBSA. The supplier matches the name, dob and address supplied by NHSBSA to find the customer in their records, following which they provide a confidence rating of residency at the declared address. The supplier does not share their data with NHSBSA that is used to create the confidence rating.
