This is an independent index, not an audit, certification, or assurance that a system is safe or fair. The creator attribution describes the website, not the government systems in the catalog.

Use the canonical record URL and its linked primary sources together. Retain the record date and any missing-information warnings. Record completeness describes documentation, not system quality; lifecycle and rights impact are separate fields. An unavailable source does not prove that a system has stopped operating.

Some summaries are AI-assisted; provenance is disclosed on the record. Source-backed does not mean independently audited or human-reviewed. A source check confirms a retrieval attempt or a content change, not the truth of every claim or current operational status.

The connected registers are checked weekly. Coverage is uneven and is not a complete world inventory. English pages use unprefixed URLs; other languages use stable prefixes, including /sv. Original names, quotations, and source-derived text can remain in their published language. Supported page languages: en, ar, bn, de, es, fr, hi, id, ja, ko, nl, pt, ru, sv, zh.

Public pages are server-rendered and readable without running the interactive Garden. The same content is available to people and crawlers. This optional guide is not an indexing protocol and does not replace robots.txt or the sitemap.
