Business Intelligence (BI) Subject Tagger

The tool is used to suggest subject tags for BI. It is applied to BI which is entered into the department's customer relationship management (CRM) software, following colleagues' correspondence exchanges or meetings with business contacts. Due to the extensive nature of the departments' network, this BI can extend to many pages of new information each day.
