Prioritisation can save review time, but a poor ranking could delay discovery of an important document. Legal reviewers remain responsible for relevance decisions.
The legal review team makes relevance judgements throughout the process. Those judgements guide the ranking while people continue reviewing the documents.
This is an internal review process. The record says data-output concerns are raised by CQC with its technology and support teams.
