Ranking could affect which disabled jobseekers an employer noticed first. Human advisers and employers made the contact decisions.
An employer selected profiles of interest and a UWV adviser reviewed the request, discussed the job, and made introductions. Advisers could suggest unranked candidates.
The public entry points to UWV's general service and contact route rather than a separate algorithm objection process.
Education level, travel distance and ability, availability, preferred hours, workplace wishes, and desired sectors. Free text was not used for ranking.
