What it does
Het doel van dit programma is om snel op de hoogte te zijn van storingen, zodat ze opgelost kunnen worden. Ook kunnen de gemalen gemeten, ingesteld en bestuurd worden op afstand. Dit betekent dat we ook informatie verzamelen over het verbruik van stroom en water. De gemalen communiceren ook met de gemalen van de waterschappen.

Bij een overbelasting of storing kunnen de pompen zichzelf uitzetten. De medewerker kan inschatten of er wat moet gebeuren om de storing op te lossen. Wanneer de storing is opgelost, moet een medewerker de pomp ook zelf weer activeren. Ten slotte worden onderhoud en inspectie ter plaatse gedaan.
